Personally this is what I do to be healthy at the moment:
Apples and mandarins are my sugar craving curbers.
Cook freshest veges I can get my hands on for dinner with a small portion of fish/chicken/red meat
Drink water all the time. I keep a jug and glass by my bed for night and morning and one at work also with lemon slices.
Avoid all take outs- after a while of not eating them you realise how oily and disgusting they really do taste.
Smile and think and talk positive(even when I feel like I am having a bed day I smile and it only ever gets better).
