Make it easy to be healthy: Have fresh food in the house at all times. Keep some exercise equipment in the house, or join a gym within walking distance.

Have a goal to work towards, like a race, vacation, or other event you need to train for.

Go veggie if it interests you. It's better for you and the planet.
