You don't seem to use the usual defintion of nation state there? It very difficult to follow your text if I don't know what you mean with the words you use.
Most people associate by the word nation state that society is ordered in a way that people of a nationality share a state together.
You don't get very far with critical thinking when your terms are fuzzy.
