The product I used are glassed that make it harder to see. There are several negative reviews on the method (and they aren't listed on the above list) but I tried it, improved my vision about 10%, then lost the discipline and stopped. I'm going to start again now though! The logic seems simple enough -don't wear your regular glasses except when you have to and make your eyes work harder instead of accepting the crutches of thicker and thicker glasses.
