Personally, I haven't read any books about EFT. But I have watched a lot of videos on YouTube.
My reasons for NOT reading books - EFT is a very dynamic process, almost like cooking. Sure, you can read the recipe in a book. But watching a cooking show seems more effective to me.
Also, I found a lot of information on the
Tapping.com Forum.
