I use Quicken Buiness and office. I love it. I managed to get it new from amazon for around 40 bucks.

It tracks:
Business expenses
Personal accounts
stocks
CDs
IRA
etc

(there is another version that tracks rental property stuff if you need it)

You can download from your bank.
It uses transactions from the past to create bugets that you can then modify to fit your goals.
Awesome Awesome AWESOME reporting. Graphs, tables, highly customizable.

My favorite reports are income out go reports that basically say
You made XXXXX and you spent YYYYY and then you can run that by month, by day, by quarter, see 5 years at a time, 1 year or whatever. I love to use the one YTD so i can see where i stand for the year with regards to how much i spend to how much i earned.

It also has a calender and projects your expenses based on your past months, and you can set up auto transactions to prompt you to enter it on a certain day or X amount of days before it is due, etc.

Quicken for me wins hands down. If you have more complicated business accounting tho, i can see how you may need something even more robust.
