I had a very interesting experience with
TAT, where I've been using it for a couple days in the morning. I didn't think of the correlation 'til yesterday, but the other morning, I woke up and realized I have to do things differently in regards to money. I owe a couple people money, and while I don't like being in debt, I've kept putting off paying them back. They're OK with this - they know my situation, and know I'll pay them back "when I can". But the other morning, I woke up and thought - what a **** I've been! (not in a disparaging way, just... taking advantage, I think) I need to get them paid back! Or at least start with $2 a week, or something - it needs to be a higher priority than it has been. This is a radical shift for me - money is tight, and has been for a while now. My car is in the shop, and I don't have money right now to get it out, etc. I can easily tell myself "I can't afford to pay them back!" but I *can* send them
something. I just made the connection yesterday that it was probably the TAT that triggered that change. Thanks,
Tapas!
It's so funny - I got on here to share about TAT, and found it mentioned in
another thread. It's a powerful technique!
