Hi, I’m would like to try on 30 days trial on these diets. Anyone can recommend any some recipes that free from gluten, dairy, wheat and meat? Or you can list the food that contain these so that I can try to avoid them. Thanks in advance.
p/s: i'm not used to cook and have always been care less about the name of the food that i ate so i might need more explanation from you guys later on.
