I LOVE the advice in this thread - oh it feels wonderful to be surrounded by like minded health individuals

Anyway, here is my list of advice:
1. Avoid all processed food
2. Avoid all meat(flesh) and as much dairy as possible
3. Avoid artificial sweeteners (you will have no problem with this if you do #1)
4. Avoid alcohol, smoking and drugs (those are not going to get you to your true higher state/potential)
5. Avoid coffee
6. Eat lots of fruits and veggies
7. Eat lots of legumes
8. Eat a variety of ancient grains
9. Drink water each day
10. Mediate and/or do some deep breathing each day
11. Excercise regularly
12. Sleep at least 8 hours each night
13. Use natural personal products only
14. Laugh and smile regularly
15. Continue to educate yourself on all of the above

I probably missed some, but that is my list for starters
