Personally I would continue with the degree. Not sure what your academic year is but it must be 6 months at most if it is your final year?
I know you don't need your degree to be with your girlfriend or run your business, but I think the self esteem that you get from finishing will be with you for a long time. You don't know what situations might come up in the future where having that piece of paper might come in vital.
I think it is normal to want to give up just before the final hurdle. It's been a long time, and the end is a little way away and is some effort. I think it would be a waste of the time you have already spent to drop out now. If it was your first term, I might give different advice, but as it is nearly over, I say just hang in there and get really disciplined about using your time well. (i.e dedicate enough time for study, and use it wisely). It will be over sooner than you think!
