You have to activate your FeedBurner email subscription first:
1. Go your FeedBurner account. Then click on your weblog feed list at
FeedBurner :: Sign In
2. Click on "Publicize" tab at the top.
3. Click on "Email Subscriptions" at the left.
4. Go the bottom of the page and click on "Activate".
5. Grab the "Subscription Form Code" at the same page and insert it to your weblog template in a suitable place that can be see on all the home page, archive and article pages. You can post it above the "Recent Posts".
