I highly recommend you read through all of the
case studies, and subscribe to the EFT newsletter (which posts new case studies several times a week).
I also suggest you watch as many videos of EFT on YouTube as possibe.
I also recommend you try
TAT. I find it to be a wonderful complement to EFT. In fact, many people start their session with TAT, and then end with EFT.
I like to use EFT tapping combined with
BSFF statements + cuewords, and then finish things off with TAT. This is the most powerful method I've used.
