Here's my experience with Holosync...i ordered the free demo cd to try it out. The first time i listened to it was AMAZING,i felt a wave come over me,and i couldn't feel my body,i felt like i was immersed in the alpha state,big time! But then it never happened again,any other time,only that first time,and i tried listening to them at least 5 or 6 more times. So i never ordered the entire cd collection. I found another cheaper version of it,through another company,and their cd's,too,only "worked" the first time. Maybe its the placebo effect,maybe it's that you have to progress in order to keep feeling results. But i was hoping the free/cheap ones would have kept me going for more than one time,but,oh well. I've kinda quit meditating now.
