I made a thread about doing just that. I called it EXPLODING FEAR.

As soon as you sense something you'd like to do, but there's a fear holding you back; go do it straight away. The outcome isn't really important; the thing that counts is that you're training yourself to go through fear.

I did it for a while, maybe a week; and felt good, but have been lax tately; must start it up again, and keep a journal.
