Yeah, I've had and get into those feelings of "being one with everything" - or at least approaching that as a no-boundary feeling that I'm just just this body, tunning in and expanding my awerness to be more encompassing. With meditation or sports or love making or music playing/dancing, but not regularly. Who am I? I'm another self conscious manifestation from the basic oneness that you are from too! Even if it is an illusion of some kind, I'm as fake or as real as you. And I have a whole independant life. Does your mother still exist (as long as she's alive) if you don't talk to her everyday?
