Stay under the radar for as long as you can........ to have a business license just to say that you are a business man and feel like a big shot is no good.
I for one was in business for six years with two of those under the radar and only became "official" when I started making money.
If you were to register and din't make any money you would be in their hit list for ever, be smart and stay small.
