One of the absolute coolest visualizations I learned for visualizing "letting go" of an outcome came from that book. It's called "The Pink Bubble Technique". Essentially I visualize outer space, stars, planets etc. In this outer space I visualize the object I am trying to attract, such as lets say a car I want. So I visualize this car floating in outer space, perhaps spinning around so I can see all the angles. If I want to visualize the interior a specific color, I visualize the doors of the car opening and the car coming closer to my field of vision so that I can see the car inside. I spend some time visualizing the object I desire until I really feel like it's been created. I then zoom out a bit so that I can see the object as a whole and I acknowledge that the object has been visualized and created and I think about how great it feels to own it already. I then create a pink bubble around the object, just as if I blew a big piece of bubble gum around it. I then take that bubble with the object I visualized inside it and let it start to slowly float upwards and away. The bubble gets smaller and smaller as I watch it float away as I let the Universe take the object. I then surrender to the universe to bring me the object I visualized with this pink bubble technique at the perfect time in my life.
In this way, you leave the how and when to the universe, but you put all your energy into the WHAT it is that you want to create.
Just this technique alone in the book was worth the price of the book and the time it took to read it. It's a really good book, I would recommend to anyone.
