How is this tunning into the higher self different than ignoring the emotion such that it gets suppressed and blows up later?
I have a major life habit of not telling people what bothers me (to be accepted) but then eventually people close to me see me going on a rage rant that is not proportional. This habit seems to present me as a calm individual, and most people who don't know me very well think I'm really mild in demeanor. |
