I believe in focusing in what you want, and being specific about it. It is one of the best ways to get your subconcious's attention and have it respond to you. And repetition is also another key; waxfrog is putting in the effort and getting back a result. An experiementer's mind hehe

Every now and then, if you like waxfrog, you can imagine a white light surrounding you as you chant the affirmation, doing what you want it to do...

It's really odd when you think about it, no one ever questions why you have to pay to watch a blockbuster or buy Brittney's new album. But if a creative work promises to have a truly positive impact on your life beyond simple entertainment, suddenly people are doubtful when it's not for free.
All right, you made a really good point with that one, Tigerlilly, because I'm usually on the fence with this one.... I usually take a good look at the person or product and determine if it's worth risking something for. It the product sounds too crazy, or the person has a history, then I pass it up right away...

If it sounds reasonable, then I might take a chance, and then only for the purpose of testing it out...

You're right in a way too, no one claims to have the experiences Marcey's customers had just from listening to a Britney album, but then again....Britney's album never claims to heal you..(does it? ).. see how this stuff goes?

As for Inward Harmony, if you feel pretty normal already, you may not notice any fantastic healings, but maybe deeper relaxation or a spiritual feeling.

A quote from Amazon.com:

Quote:
I was presented with a cassette tape of "Inward Harmony", as a gift, back in 1988. (no frills back then, this tape was in a plain purple cover that had been autographed by the artist)
After fifteen years, I still love the music. (of course the tape didn't quite last as long) The music has such a soothing, calming effect, perfect for meditation or just kicking back to release the tension from the day. Inward Harmony is so unobtrusive that it makes for perfect background music for yoga routines. It allows you to focus on self.
But speaking strictly as skeptic but experimenter, my advice would be if you have no issues when you listen, then think strongly of something you do want (manifesting, healing) when you do listen, and see what happens...

Another quote from Amazon.com;

. No pain meds needed, June 20, 2005
By (deleted) (West Coast) - See all my reviews

When I was scheduled for gum surgery, I asked the doctor for permission to play my tape of Inward Harmony during the surgery. The doctor gave me a lot of warnings about all the pain I would experience after the novocaine wore off, and had me buy a bottle of OTC pain reliever so I would be ready.

I never had to take a single pill.

Now it's some years later and I'm experiencing some arthritis pain. It's time for me to get an Inward Harmony CD.
I used quotes from there to get reviews from people who were more likely to be blunt if they didn't like it...

Take care.....
