Thanks dancer. Getting my supervisor's position would be a nightmare only because I'm afraid my hands would still be tied by the owner. He's the only one with real power. He calls you a manager than undercuts your authority. Now if HE had a brain transplant and let me do the real work the job-title entails, it would be different.
But even having said all this, yes I'm working on the resentment. Seriously.
I swear.
I just think I've outgrown everything. Maybe even hopefully the negative vibes.
