Well being underpaid and passed-over for promotions based on favoritism, all that stuff. Probably for the best though. But I didn't expect that when I started. I thought I'd go to the top, but what happened is my inept direct supervisor was threatened by me so he tries to trip me up. So it sort of shakes my faith in people being good at what they do getting rewarded for it.
See it's already getting negative on the cylon-end, lol. I laid in bed last night and told myself I have to just let all this go, to stop caring that it didn't work out and accept "defeat".
My ego is heavily invested in this place, even though I'm trying to move past it.
