Hey Deej,

I don't think it really matters which one you use. Meditation isn't about the technology or tools, its about the experience. And whatever yeilds the most enjoyable and effective experience for you is what you should stick with. If that happens to be Holosync, stick with that.

I've found myself experimenting without meditation music and just doing breathing in a quiet room and that works great. But sometimes I want to listen to music, so I use Brainsync. To me it doesn't really matter what I use, only the experience that I'm having.
