Positive Thinking exercises for the workday Hey, whats up everyone.
I've noticed recently how much negativity flows through my mind, and how much it affects me, especially after reading "As a Man Thinketh" by James Allen.
I'm determined to make a shift in my thinking. My mind is way too destructive and its pretty scary, to be frank.
What are some positive thinking exercises/ideas/games/etc. that I can use throughout the day which can help me become more aware of my negative thinking and change it into a more healthy thinking.
One idea I heard of is putting a rubber band on my wrist, and smacking myself with it every time I have a negative thought.
