For the personal statement, mine is simply "only choose love" At any moment you can choose love or fear. Courage, integrity, honesty etc. is love. Lying, cowardliness, selling out is fear. If I find myself in a situation I'm unsure of, I can ask myself if its love or fear, then choose love.

Take a situation where someone is being a real pain, you simply choose to love them.
