Both possibilities are equally easy or equally difficult at the quantum physical level. Air and my body are made of the same subatomic particles. The air and I are blinking in and out of existence ay the same time.

When you watch movies like The Matrix or The Fight Club, do try to understand that such movies did not inspire quantum physics. Quantum physics inspired such movies.
What power lies in these funny little subatomic particles. You'd think that they're almost unreal, just a kind of mental puzzle. Yet Bohm's research into their nature eventually led to the invention of relatively tiny atomic bombs that destroyed the whole of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. That's how real they are.
You'd say that it's not possible to destroy entire cities with a few small pieces of rock. To you, that's magical too. And therefore not possible.
