Yup! That's the solar plexus. In this slight indentation and the area below, between the rips, above the stomach. If you hit someone there very hard, they faint
If you have a weak feeling there, it's probably connected with a (lack of ) power/control issue. I for instance tend to get some excessive pressure on my solar plexus when someone tries to manipulate me or to pressure me into doing something, or when I simply have a boss telling me what to do...

It's like my stomach's going to explode then.
You might want to try Erin's chakra cleansing technique. It's very useful when done regularly. You can also address this weak feeling with EFT. EFT's very efficient for such energy imbalances. I highly recommend it.

I don't see love as a substance that you can give and take and run out of, like water or bread. For me it's a vibrational state, a particularly harmonious and powerful one that feels very good. You can be in that vibrational state regardless of whether other people are being in that vibrational state too or not, or even present in your life or not. You can put yourself in that state at any time, so you can never run out of love.
People "giving" you love are people directing their positive vibrations at you. Because of resonance it helps you vibrate like this too, so you feel happy and better and call it being "loved". But it's you doing it. If you need others to influence your vibrations in order to reach that state, it makes you dependent.
That's just my view on this, for me it's very helpful to see it this way. Does it make any sense to you?
