ALG and others, do you think there's applicability in this idea to other substances such as sugar/refined carbohydrates? Just on a physical basis, my mind has cleared up hugely and ability to concentrate has increased by leaps and bounds since I stopped sugar a month ago. What are the energy implications over over-indulgence in sugar?
