I've been reading for a while, and I just wanted to chime in and say that I stopped sugar on May 1st as well. So all of you are even less alone than you know

This was my 2nd 30-day-habit trial...first was stopping coffee, which was super-easy for me. Sugar, however, has always been the bane of my nutritional existence. It's gone really well thus far--had a few adjustment symptoms in the beginning--and now have hardly any cravings and little problem staying off of it. I'm planning to continue on with it, because sugar is so horrendous for my health and weight.
