Ditto. My personal journal has been a lifesaver to me. The other day I was feeling all frustrated and anxious, having too much on my mind and not knowing what to do with it.
I did a complete 'mind-sweep' by dumping it all out into my journal, pages of it, and I could feel the weight of it all leaving me word by word, sentence by sentence.
