1.Set some goals. If you don't know what you want to do instead of wasting time, you will always end up wasting time.
2.Begin a "journal": Write anything down you do and how long you do it. Now you have to control yourself: What are you doing? If you find yourself wasting time, ask to yourself: Do I really
have to do this? Is it worth the time? If not, stop it and do something that is worth the time.
