I've made the switch to soy milk about 2 months ago, and i feel MUCH better.
The transition from cows milk to soy was relatively easy because there was simply a substitute. Are there any good substitutes for cheese?
I've tried processed soy cheese, i can't stand it but i might perhaps get used to it if there were no alternatives. Does anyone know any other substitutes?
