Milk along with lifting weights did it for me. I strived to increase the amount I lifted each day or week. I kept a journal. I drank a gallon of milk every day 4-5 times a week for about six weeks or so. I drank a small amount at the top of each hour throughout the day. As my bodyweight went up it was very easy to increase the amount of weight I lifted.
