Hello all. Long time, no see I guess.
It didn't turn out so well last time, and I am ready for giving it another go. This time however I shall try to do fewer steps at a time.
I will let each of these goals have one month to be completed, I shall evaluate after this time period, and then hopefully progress to the next goals.
So for the first month (to 25th june) my goals are:
#1 Follow my diet
Simply eat what I have decided, seven meals a day, keep doing this all day the whole month, this will hopefully help me getting some energy back.
#2 Reading continually
I hope to be able to read 45 pages each day as a minimum. It doesn't matter when, or how, just getting a continually base will be a giant achievement for me.
If you have followed my log before I think you'll probably know what the next goals will be, hopefully I shall feel good about the two goals above in the end of june.
So let me hear what you think.
