Nightmares
Recently, I've been having some fairly horrendous nightmares. Not so much of the "frightening boogie-man" type (the type which I have no problem completely switching around mid-dream), as of the "slow torture you can do nothing about" type. They remind me a bit of dreams I've had when I was sick with the flu and a high fever, only toned-down slightly (but not much) and occurring on an almost weekly basis. I hate these types of dreams because I always wake up feeling miserable and exhausted afterward.
Anyone have any strategies for conquering this type of dream mid-dream? Or perhaps general nightmare strategies?
