Agreed with torilink.
Always put it in the present tense, even though it might feel a bit weird since you really don't have it yet. For example, perhaps: "I have a nice apartment that I am able to easily afford."
if you say "I will ...," then you are focusing on the fact that you don't have it. I think Steve wrote a post once saying that IM works only in the present. So if you say "I will ...," you are saying "I don't have" and "I have," which cancel each other out or just are very unclear.
I am also curious about deadlines, though, but think there's some good advice in this thread. If you don't worry about it and just imagine it all resolving, I imagine it would work out.
