I drink about 1l of water and 0,5l of tea every day.
It would be hard to give up milk because breakfast cereals are my favourite meal and soy milk is just too expensive. I'd have to get some well-feeding tasty breakfast to replace the cereals. I don't think fruits will do, I like to be full when I go to school.
Fish tastes fine and I don't feel so heavy and unenergetic after eating it as I would after eating usual meat.
