If you're not quoting real studies, you're just spouting opinion. Yes, it's wrong to try and manipulate people, but television networks do it all the time. The people that get duped aren't gonna be the victims of seeing McCain flashed in the background as the Fox News logo is displayed. The bigger concern is all the misinformation they're being fed to them the rest of the time.
It's also worth noting that Fox News has a reputation for right-wing bias and false information. Ignorance is no excuse; the people who believe what Fox News tells them do so at their own peril. Whether it's right or it's wrong, there are bigger fish to fry and better causes to fight for.
