I, too, am in the process of losing my French. One thing that helps retain comprehension is watching Le Journal. I live in NY, and it comes on the one of the [free] educational channels. The radio france international site,
RFI - Radio France Internationale, actualité Afrique, Monde en français et en 19 langues, has some literature as well as audio, with some exercises/segments specifically designed for French learners. But as for production of French (aural and written) you just have to use it. And for that, I suggest joining a free french meetup group.
