I bought a bunch of paraliminals awhile ago. The most impressive one for me was the self-esteem booster. I used it one night before going to sleep and the next day I seriously felt what self esteem actually was. That was a interesting experience. It was funny because as I was walking around that day I knew something about me was a lot different but I couldn't figure out why. Then I thought back and remembered that I listened to the self-esteem CD the previous night and it all made sense. I haven't used paraliminals in awhile since for me the effects would wear off after like 3 days.

I too, am concerned with the idea that I can't juggle both voices in my mind and make sense of what they're saying. Should I not worry about this? Is my subconscious soaking it all in for me?
I found that letting your subconscious simply absorb the words works a lot better than trying to pay attention to all the words consciously. Paying attention consciously seemed to hamper my results. Instead approach it like meditation, the words are just there going by and you're letting them pass through without locking on to any of them or judging them. Or also pretend it's like music where you're not trying to understand the words, just hearing them.
