So, are you willing to feel good on purpose? I don't mean "willing" like you're willing to go to the dentist or you're willing to speak to us. I mean: are you dynamically willing -- are you committed to a path of feeling good, and cutting off the possibility for yourself of indulging in feeling bad? Are you willing to take at least 100% of the responsibility for living a life you love, and to letting go of resignation, blame, shame, guilt, and thinking that something outside you has to happen before you feel good?
