After about two weeks, you should definitely be noticing the changes occuring. There seem to be various stages of improvement by refraining from masturbation. I have tested these stages time and time again for about six years now and this is how the stages have worked for me: For one, my sleep will be enhance and sleep cycles will improve. Then, I begin to remember things that I forgot at one time and enjoy them again too. My dreaming will begin to really improve, I'll be able to control my dreams and have far more of them than I did previously. I'll gain more confidence and become a better speaker, especially important to the fairer sex. I will gain the capacity to have more motivation than ever before. I have a personal best of 47 days and I'm currently trying very hard to surpass that record, to see what other benefits I can acrew from my abstanance.

After 2 weeks, why stop there and decide that you want to give up those things you worked so hard for?

Or are you saying that you can't get past 2 weeks? (Been there, believe me) If that is the case there are several different methods to help you get past that point. As Vantage72 suggested, you can do Yoga, that probably works well for most, but it didn't for me (I probably wasn't doing it right). I go jogging, any vigerous exercise will do because it causes your body to release endorfins and it causes a drop in energy, which are simulating masturbation without actually loosing it. Cold showers work for some, but they seem to have an opposite effect with me for some reason, I actually get turned on by them, that's why I couldn't go past 47 days. One great way to be the master of your domain is to simply stop temptation, stop turning on Skinnimax and surfing dirty images. Don't be around the issues that will tempt you to fall.
