My quest to you is to take a break and build yourself back-up. Don't let the women on your monitor and television bring you down to your knees like you're some kind of slave to them. Instead, use that energy to serenade your real-life gal, or if you don't have one, use that energy to go out and get one!!
So true, masturbate daily and my energy is gone. Do it two or three times a day and I can actually become a bit depressed from it.

Once a week seems about right for me...
