I am not saying that I'm a superhero with self-control, what I'm saying is that by cutting back and building self-control will improve your lives remarkably. My quest to you is to take a break and build yourself back-up. Don't let the women on your monitor and television bring you down to your knees like you're some kind of slave to them. Instead, use that energy to serenade your real-life gal, or if you don't have one, use that energy to go out and get one!! | So true, masturbate daily and my energy is gone. Do it two or three times a day and I can actually become a bit depressed from it.
Once a week seems about right for me...
