Yep, I've also read Susans' book some time ago. I'm kinda running with the ideas and also adding my own take on things (more my own take on things in fact).
It's a very interesting idea; things are always coming to mind, groovy fun things to do, and it's always been me whos' stopped myself from doing whatever that idea was. It's something that extends past the context of dating, and even relating to other people, it's a life thing. Instantly, as soon as something comes up, and there is assosiated fear, do it. It's also kinda training yourself to run at fear, not from it; to tackle, to throw yourself in to experiences, rather than to shirk away from them.
I've had the most fab, amazing couple of days this weekend, following this principle, I can't tell you what a blast it's been!!
