What a cool list of goals.
Now to do this in "laps" you can come up with small tasks on the way to the goals.
- I want to lose five pounds next month
- I want to learn to play a new song this week
- I want to go to one tatoo parlor just to look
- etc etc etc
Each of those is achievable and, more importantly, measurable. "Excellent guitar player" is a goal that is never achieved but always strived for. That may be part of the reason you overthink.
As you do each task, you'll be learning more about your learning style and even defining your goals more clearly than you could do "on paper."
