My crown chakra occasionally used to "buzz" in the last year or so. That feeling of chakras pulsating with energy. It has been increasing consistently over the course of the last year.

Now as I open up to Non-Duality ... It is buzzing almost constantly and I find it irritating as it isn't the most pleasant feeling in the world. I don't think this is how it should be... how can I correct this?
