Need to gain weight
Hey there, I am an very skinny male with fast metabolism. Through most my teens I ate rather unhealthy (way to much pizza). and in the past year I am slowly try to crack down, eating nuts, fruits, etc... (I still eat pizza though). Anyways, I seem to have gotten my mothers gene of being really tall and skinny. When I see my ribs in the mirror its a little freaky and I want to get some weight on me. I am 18 and I weight about 145 lb and my height is about 6'1" (or 6'2"). With all the pizza and other "not so healthy food" I have eaten in the past (like I said I am getting much better), I would have expected to be a fatass... but I am not. I think gaining some, but in a healthy way could be beneficial to me? Any advise/tips/help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
