Here, I'll have to apologize for getting on a tangent that had nothing to do with the thread. Global warming has been debated on the boards before, and like many, many topics, I have no doubt you and I will continue to strongly disagree. Therefore, I will not continue the conversation. I'm not a scientist anyway and doubt I could provide you with any information that would convince you that what you learned in elementary school was wrong. I don't doubt there are warming and cooling trends on earth, but I still believe that we have a responsibility to care for our planet and that many things we have done and continue to do have negative effects on the health and sustainablity of our planet and it's inhabitants.
