I think It's amazing the kind of popularity prospective politicians have in the US. It seems more like a party than a Presidential selection process. We don't treat our politicians like that over here in Australia - we certainly don't see them as a wave of change, more like the lying rats they actually are. It has been interesting to note how many Americans say they might actually vote this year - over here voting is compulsory.
In response to your sign being 'stolen' or 'removed' I think it's absurd! Not that I would ever feel strongly enough to go to that much effort but surely you should be able to have any sign you want in your front yard - as long as it isn't derogatory or in bad taste or course. |
