Hey folks thanks a bunch for all your help, I really appreciate it. There is still lots of work to be done before this site is up and running. Contacting my recommended service providers is going to be interesting. I've managed to get a couple of professional site builders to cast their eyes over my site (for free) and I've found a (tiny) investor to actually get my site launched.
Still think it will be a couple of weeks away yet - I have to now think about how I will process the earnings (if any) and how I go about paying tax and all that mumbo jumbo - so it seems I have to speak to an accountant who specialises in e-commerce. Still having a great time learning all about this new world that up until very recently I just didn't comprehend.
