Welcome and thanks for joining us kanger!! Just small daily steps add up to big difference over time. Put the money away and when you have enough do something meaningful with it.
Day 4 and I have laryngitis from eating bread and butter which i never usually eat!! Can't stop eating butter yuk agh!
Day 3 was very tricky with social situation.

Met the family
Mum came out with the tea and most amazing tarty things.
Important to establish bond
"mm they look nice" I said and did my best to ignore them
After the fourth "aren't you going to try one of the tarts?" I resorted to pretending to eat it.
I wish I could have just said "I don't eat sugar" instead of wrapping it slyly, by subtle degrees, up in a serviette and stuffing it down my sock.
I feel an odd mixture of triumph that I did not have any, and weirdness that I was weird.
Tomorow I am going to a wedding so am programming to graciously refuse wedding cake.
